About UsSecond Baptist Youth Group is made up of young men and women ranging from the 6th grade to the 12th grade. We are located at Second Baptist Church in Cherryville, North Carolina. We enjoying spending time learning about God's love and studying his word. We meet on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. and spend time in mission work and fun fellowship twice a month.

Second Baptist Church, Cherryville seeks to advance and promote the worship of Jesus Christ through reading and studying His Holy Word, the teaching and preaching of the gospel, conducting regular services of worship for spiritual training, and for winning souls to Jesus Christ. Our church is missionary in spirit, extending the gospel through our organized religious channels to the entire world. We promote and maintain the teaching and doctrines of the Christian body universally known and designated as the Southern Baptist Convention.
All of our services, whether it is singing, praying, preaching, or fellowship, seeks to focus our attention on the risen Lord that He might be glorified above all else. |
